5️⃣ - MOST IMPORTANT - please send me your baby stats - Name, Date, Time, Length and Weight

Please be sure to include all information to be embroidered, including colors of thread and font choice. I will send you a proof of embroidery before I start.

Stuffed animal is approximately 16 inches from head to toe. The stuffing is removable for easy washing.
